Systemic racism impacts Black Americans in everyday life. It is the foundation of America and can be hard to accept. The facts are that being black or biracial in America comes with a certain level of inequality. We are at a greater risk of dying by the hands of the police and not receiving the same sentencings for the same crimes as white Americans.

Income
Income
With generation wealth being passed down for white Americans and the gap in equal pay still persisting in America, black Americans have significantly less wealth. Black Americans are less likely to receive job offers based on how ethnic their names are on resumes and are less likely to approved for loan amounts that are equal to their white American counterparts with the same income and credit scores.

Health
Health
With the gap in income, black Americans struggle more in having health insurance and face higher hunger rates. Racist experiences also impact black Americans mentally and physically. Black Americans' symptoms or pain is often ignored by white doctors, putting them at greater long term health risks. When black Americans have black doctors, the statics are drastically different.
